Tiff is a Philly-born Jersey girl. A mom of 2 small children; she considers Serious her favorite way to escape from the “real world” at home. She has training in human services, with a passion for helping others in the community with special needs and addictions. Tiff prides herself on her excellent customer-service skills; she loves introducing people to new products!

Chris' customer service drive extends beyond the realm of package tracking and product questions. He endeavors to ensure speed, accuracy, efficiency, and communication at every step of the way. He's curious and loves to look deeper to find solutions.

Kelly's a life long Jersey-girl with one foot in Maine. Likes to work with headphones. Best Serious idea yet: K-cup machine for the kitchen!

Serious job functions: product better-er, email marketer, bill payer, customer advocator, blog writer, and toy fair enthusiast (is it February, yet?!).

Serious skills: taking photos of products, editing photos of products, and writing interesting copy to go along with said photos of products.

Spencer grew up in New Jersey and now currently resides in Ithaca, NY with his newly expanded family. When he’s not doing a little bit of “everything” at work, you can find him on the golf course.

Dan has a love affair with London, a Gooner and Dickens acolyte to the last, but he chooses to reign, rather, in the true nexus of civilization, Burlington County, New Jersey, where he uses advanced algorithms of his own divination to track, chart and analyze pertinent numerical data in the twisting back rooms of SeriousShops.com.

Rob has three goals:

1) Publish at least one book (and have someone buy it. Maybe even read it.).

2) Swim with the stingless jellyfish on Palau.

3) Have an underground garage with a “batcave”-esque exit tunnel.

He has also had a traumatic experience involving a Dunkin Donuts blueberry muffin once. But he doesn’t want to talk about it.

He likes to consider himself a writer, usually while he's alone. The cuts in his hands are from slices of paper, but he's always understood the weight of a hard day's work. He's a storyteller. Experience becomes knowledge and he's only willing to gain more of that.
